Handwriting Book Level 2 is ideal for children learning to write with correct letter formation by using the visual assistance of the Tree Template. For example, when learning to write the letter "T", the child uses the visual clue of the apple located at the top of the tree and draws a line down to the mouse hole and then makes a line across the middle of the tree. When writing the lowercase letter y, the child can start at the middle of the tree and draws to the mouse hole, then back to the middle tree branch and draws a diagonal line into the roots of the tree, where the worms are located.
